Rocket Arena Rules

Familiarizing yourself with Rocket Arena’s rules and policies before arrival ensures smooth entry and an enjoyable experience. These guidelines exist to maintain safety, enhance guest comfort, and comply with legal requirements.

Bag Policy and Size Restrictions

Rocket Arena enforces specific bag size restrictions for all guests. You can bring bags measuring no larger than 14″ by 14″ by 6″, including purses, backpacks, diaper bags, and tote bags. Bags exceeding size limits will not be permitted inside, and the venue does not offer storage for oversized items.

The Security Screening Process

All guests pass through metal detectors upon entering Rocket Arena. You should arrive at least 30 minutes before the event starts to accommodate security procedures. You’ll need to remove items from your pockets and place them in the provided bins before passing through the detectors.

Ticket and Entry Requirements

You must present valid tickets to enter Rocket Arena, displayed either on mobile devices or as printed paper tickets. The venue has transitioned primarily to mobile ticketing through official partners. Children under two years old may attend most events without tickets if they sit on an adult’s lap.

Re-Entry and Exit Policies

Re-entry is not permitted at Rocket Arena once you leave the venue during an event. This policy applies universally to all events regardless of type or duration. Medical emergencies represent the only exception.

Smoking and Vaping Regulations

Rocket Arena maintains a completely smoke-free environment throughout the facility’s interior spaces. This comprehensive prohibition applies to all seating areas, concourses, restrooms, suites, and tobacco products, including electronic cigarettes.

Alcohol Service Policies

Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase throughout the arena. You must present valid government-issued photo identification proving that you’re at least 21 years old.

Some venues limit alcohol sales per person and per transaction, so keep this in mind during your visit. Alcohol service stops before events conclude.

Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited, with exceptions for medical necessities and baby formula. Professional cameras with detachable lenses cannot enter unless you’ve obtained media credentials. Weapons of any kind are strictly forbidden, including pocket knives and pepper spray.
